Visual Lease Services is a privately owned company whose headquarters is located in the historic Benson Building (circa 1925) in Holdenville , Oklahoma . Glenn Mask originally founded VLS in 1958 under the name of GEM Surveys. GEM Surveys contracted with numerous local governments in Michigan and Oklahoma for cadastral mapping and real & personal property re-valuation projects. Today, current technology is at the heart of our company. Our 45 employees have skills in appraising real and personal properties, website development, computer programming, software engineering, and cartography, and are committed to providing quality service and products to our valued customers.
