Newest Employees
Robert Fry— Robert moved to
Holdenville (where his wife is
a native,) from Fort Worth
in September 2006. He worked
for GE Sports Lighting as
an application engineer
designing lighting systems
for sports fields, and helped
design and direct the
aiming of the lights at
the new Pittsburgh Pirates
and Denver Broncos stadiums.
After moving here, he
was employed at Interactive
Response Technologies in Ada,
where he worked in the HR
department. “I was very excited
when a job opened up here at
VLS, because I had heard that
it was a great place to
work and I love being
so close to home. I'm glad
to be part of the cartography
team at VLS.”
Bernita Bowhuis— Bernita
joined VLS on February 19,
2007. She was previously employed at Tyson as a lab technician for the past 9.5 yrs. She
currently works as a
cartographer and looks forward
to many wonderful years here.
Dana Buchanan— Dana
brings with her 17 years plus of
ad valorem experience to VLS.
Dana spent 13 years in the
Stephens County Assessor’s
office and 4 years with the
Assessor’s and Clerk's office
in Muskogee County. Dana’s
vast experience as a field
appraiser, deed researcher
and her working knowledge of
various cama sys tems
will be a plus for our
clients. She also has
her advanced Assessor’s
Accreditation.
Jessica Yates— Jessica joined
VLS on April 23, 2007. She is
originally from Holdenville.
She is working in our
Oil & Gas Data Entry
Department and has been
doing an exceptional job.
The second week of August
she started taking Unit One of
the Assessor’s Accreditation
courses.
Dana Davis— Dana joined
us from the Seminole County
Assessor’s office on July 9,
2007.
She worked for the Seminole
County Court Clerk’s office for
two years and the Assessor’s
Office for 3 years, working in
CAMA and Mapping. She has
also worked for Butner &
Butner Law Office.
With Unit One, Two and Five
of the Assessor Accreditation
courses behind her, Dana will
be start Unit Three in October
of 2007.
