In June of this year VLS was
awarded a contract with the
Colorado Department of Local
Affairs and the Department of
Property Tax, to create the
values used in the Basic
Equipment List (BELS) for
2008. The BELS will be used to
value the Oil & Gas Production
equipment in 2008.
