Kathryn has been an employee of Visual Lease Services for 8 years.  Her title with our company is Office Manager and Director of Oil & Gas. Her responsibilities include managing the oil & gas department, complete and prepare asset value for delivery to County Assessor’s office, analyze and compare data received from all personal property renditions/declarations, assist County Assessor’s office with informal and formal protest and other settlements, assist County Assessor’s and tax representatives in identifying and resolving any discrepancies.  Other license and certificates that she currently holds are:
