VLS signs 2nd Contract in Colorado

VLS is pleased to announce it has signed its second contract in Colorado. Assessor Mark Vanderpool, along with school board members of the county signed the contract October 9th, 2006 with Ron Sosbee and Philip Buchanan of Visual Lease Services.
