Rick is the co-founder and CEO of Visual Lease Services.  The company was founded in 1996.  Some of the company’s current functions are: providing lease evaluation, real estate appraisals, cadastral mapping, consulting services, GPS and GIS services, lease dataset, web page design, and an internet service provider software development.  Visual Lease Services currently employees 45 people. Rick has 37 years experience in comprehensive real estate revaluation for governmental entities in various states. Rick has attended the following courses:
