Ron joined Visual Lease Services August 3, 2005. He is a former Seminole County Assessor, and has over 24 years experience in Real/Personal property and Oil/Gas appraisal. He was also Chief of Staff for the State Auditor and Inspector, and served as an advisor to the State Equalization board. Ron was an Audit Manager for the Ad Valorem Division of the Oklahoma State Tax Commission. Ron also served 11 years on the school board for the Wewoka Public Schools.

Mica joined VLS in January of 04. A graduate of Seminole State College, in Business & Computer Applied Science Degree. Through VLS she has had further training in desktop publishing, graphical design, and Flash MX and Flash 8.

Steve Sutterfield started on March 21st of 05' He has over 23 years' experience in all “aspects of property tax management and consulting, with emphasis on industrial appraisal and valuation analysis. Steve has served as chief appraiser of a metropolitan jurisdiction in Missouri , managed reappraisal of rural counties in Arkansas , conducted valuation appeals for clients of a national accounting firm, and performed numerous functions in state government. Steve has been an instructor, author, and speaker for the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) for twenty years. He was the IAAO Member of the Year in 1993.
