Steve has been an employee of Visual Lease Services for 3 years.  His title with our company is Personal Property Specialist.  His duties include, but are not limited to, litigations and director of education.  Steve has 23 years experience in all aspects of property tax management and consulting with emphasis on ad valorem valuation and analysis.  He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas in Conway, AR in General Business Administration.  Other license and certificates that he currently holds are:
